Breakfast is served between 8 and 9am in the sunny dining room, overlooking the impressive 16th Century Tolbooth.
David and Catherine are passionate about real food. A traditional yet healthy breakfast is freshly prepared to order using only the finest ingredients, including proper pork sausages and bacon, rich and spicy black pudding, all supplied by Crail's award-winning butcher, J B Penman.
Various delicious choices are offered on The Hazelton Breakfast Menu. Those with a healthy appetite will enjoy the "Full Works". There are also lighter options including scrambled eggs and Scottish smoked salmon, or sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes on a toasted muffin.
