Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival are without charge.

Cancellations to bookings made within 7 days of scheduled date of arrival are liable to a charge of the first nights accommodation.

Cancellations within 48hrs of scheduled arrival are liable to full charge of booking.
However, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation and if successful, these charges will be waived.

Deposits are non refundable.
